Hey team, Coach Maree and Coach Steff here from Go Run Girls/Guys and we are stoked to be the official Coaches for The Taniwha this year. We have been coaching runners and walkers for many years, training them to be strong and confident by the time they stand at the start line.
We help runners tackle races from 5km right up to the ultramarathon distances. We both have a personal love for trails and getting the running community out for adventures. And that is why we cannot wait to get stuck into motivating you guys for The Taniwha.
We are very much holistic Coaches and know the importance of implementing the strength, mobility and recovery focus in your plan. We also take into consideration your history, past injuries, lifestyle and current fitness.
